Job Description
About us Clarity Medical Spa is an Aesthetic Skin Care medical clinic operated by MD. We are looking for experienced Medical Receptionist. Medical assistant is desired. Around 30 hours per week - Working on Monday to Thursday - Working on 1-2 Saturday per month. Duties Duties including but are not limited to: Customer Relations & Front-office Providing excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting/confirming appointments, answering emails/texts; calling patients about their previous treatments and satisfaction Maintaining patient flow, rooming & helping clients in the clinic, payments handling, charts management Backoffice help like to setup room & equipment for treatment, helping Dr in treatments, writing notes and following up with Patients Office management: Help in daily operations including inventory management, Office cleanliness, Restocking rooms
