Bay Area Medical Group is the San Ramon premier Aesthetics and weight loss Med Spa. We provide our patients with a variety of products and services to assist with weight loss, weight management, and Vital living. We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a Certified Medical Assistant who has at least 2 year of experience working in a medical office. This individual would be a quick thinker, multi-tasker, care about patient, knowledgeable in asking the patient right questions and care to provide great experience. This is a great opportunity for a medical professional looking to gain experience and exposure to the health and wellness industry at a rapidly growing medical practice working alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Certified Medical Assistant credentials
  • Experience taking vitals.
  • Ability to calculate dosage.
  • Ability to administer injections (Subcutaneous and IV).
  • Knowledgeable on maintaining patient records.
  • High level of computer literacy, including experience using MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to access and accurately record electronic health records.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients.
  • Must be patient and soft spoken.
  • Highly self-motivated team player with a willingness to assist with back-office duties such as managing inventory list, Organizing the spaces, sanitizing patient rooms, filing etc.
  • Ability to work independently; takes initiative without being asked
  • High level of professionalism with an excellent attendance record.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus This is a full time position with hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Extra earning potential for Sales and closing weight loss programs.
