Job Description

TMS Technician / Doctor's Assistant We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Doctor's Assistant / TMS Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, enjoys working closely with patients, and is committed to delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Administrative Support Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and daily operations. Prepare examination and treatment rooms. Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referrals. Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. TMS Technician Duties Administer TMS treatments according to physician-approved protocols. Educate patients about TMS procedures and answer general questions. Monitor patient comfort and response during treatment sessions. Document treatment parameters and patient progress. Communicate patient concerns or clinical observations to providers. Maintain TMS equipment and ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared. Follow all safety and operational guidelines related to TMS therapy. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records. Professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality. Skills & Attributes Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Strong problem-solving abilities. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to build rapport with clinical staff and patients Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
