Collect co-pays from patients and verify insurance eligibility. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient organization and management of tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with team members and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification is required. Current BLS Certificate Minimum of 2 years of front and back-office experience in a medical setting. Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking on the phone. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for scheduling and organization. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and patient interactions. Additional medical documentation may be required for submission.

• Taking and recording patient vital signs
• Performing basic lab tests and specimen collection
• Prepare patients for exams, and provide education when needed
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Reviewing the patients' medical history, personal information, and filing them accordingly.
• Sterilize and maintain medical equipment, as well as the treatment area.
• Ensure that all paperwork and safety stands follow HIPAA regulations
