Shift:

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) Key Responsibilities Greet patients, take appropriate vital signs, review current meds and record in medical record Assist with tracking and monitoring department specific data Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients based on scope of practice Set up exam/procedure rooms appropriate to the patient visit needs Clean and re-process equipment and supplies following department guidelines Administer immunizations, injections, or oral medications as directed by provider Draw and prepare designated lab work or specimens as directed by provider

Required Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program

Experience:

2 year in an outpatient clinic setting

MEDICAL ASSISTANT DIPLOMA FROM A DAPIP ACCREDITED PROGRAM

Certs:

BLS ( AHA or ARC only)

Education:

HS/GED Special Requirements:

Proficiency with blood draws &Epic Req VA01

Pay:

$28.00 per hour
