Our motivated and experienced team works collaboratively to provide the highestvquality medical aesthetic treatments and services. Role Overview We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our incredible team. This role is a dynamic mix of clinical support, patient communication, and office organization. You will be instrumental in keeping appointments running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit. You will support our providers before, during, and after cosmetic treatments, while also managing key front-office tasks. Schedule Four weekdays One to two Saturday half-days

Core Responsibilities Clinical Assistance:

Set up and assist providers with procedures, including Botox/fillers, laser and energy therapies, chemical peels, and microneedling.

Patient Preparation:

Ensure consent forms are signed, update medical histories in records, and accurately capture before-and-after photos.

Treatment Rooms:

Maintain impeccable cleanliness in treatment areas and ensure all equipment and supplies are restocked.

Patient Education:

Clearly explain pre-care and post-care instructions, conduct patient follow-ups, and confidently recommend medical-grade skincare products.

Office & Clinic Flow:

Manage patient scheduling, answer phone calls, process payments, chart accurately in EMR software, and manage inventory.

Marketing Support:

Capture engaging treatment photos and short-form videos to help grow our clinic's social media presence. Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Lucrative commission opportunities on product sales Stipend provided for healthcare insurance
