Dynamic Work:

No two days are the same. You'll pivot between clinical assisting and front-office coordination for a wide range of patients and procedures.

Part time position with Mondays and Thursdays (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). With the option of working an additional half-day on Tuesdays. No weekends.

Follow our patients' journeys from their first consultation to their final post-op visit. The Role As our Medical Assistant, you are the heartbeat of the patient experience.

Your day will include:

Clinical Excellence:

Setting up/turning over exam rooms, taking vitals, removing sutures, changing bandages, assisting the physician during in-office procedures and providing aesthetic treatments.

Patient Advocacy:

Greeting patients with a smile, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure a smooth recovery.

Operations Support:

Managing electronic health records (EHR), autoclaving instruments, and organizing referrals.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Prior experience as a CNA, Medical Assistant, or Home Health Aide is required.

Skills:

Basic healthcare knowledge and a high level of organization. Wound care and Wound VAC experience is a major plus!

Attitude:

A "concierge" mindset—polished, proactive, and deeply attentive to patient needs.

Education:
