Job Description

We are a busy, growing acupuncture clinic looking for an administrative assistant who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. At our clinic we are passionate about helping people become healthier and enjoy better lives. We specialize in treating pain, mental health, and more. Responsibilities:
Administrative duties (scanning, emailing, texting, make/take phone calls, etc…) Collect payment Schedule patients Provide administrative and personal assistance to practitioner Set up patient rooms Turn over and sanitize patient rooms Maintain a professional and clean environment Patient billing
Character Traits:
Friendly, positive, and caring Responsible, dependable, punctual, and flexible Professional Fast learner, and eager to learn Good communicator Familiar and proficient with technology, must be able to type
Experience Required:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Shifts Available:
9:00 - 5:00 Wednesday,Friday and every other Saturday. Bonuses and room to grow based on job performance
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
