This organization is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and professional healthcare environment. The Certified Medical Assistant will support the provider with clinical responsibilities while helping ensure an exceptional patient experience for employees and their families receiving care.

Schedule:
Monday -
Friday:
8 am - 5 pm Responsibilities Prepare and room patients for appointments Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection accurately and efficiently Perform EKG and spirometry Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Administer injections and perform clinical duties within scope of practice Document patient information within Epic or other EMR systems Support patient flow and daily clinic operations Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards What They're Looking For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required Minimum of 2-3 years of Certified Medical Assistant experience required BLS certification required Experience with Epic EMR or other electronic medical record systems required Prior primary care and/or occupational health experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Why This Opportunity Stands Out Opportunity to work with a highly respected employer-based healthcare organization Stable weekday schedule with no weekends Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Great opportunity to gain experience within a well-established healthcare system If you are a motivated Medical Assistant with strong clinical and phlebotomy experience, we encourage you to apply today!
