Our team includes experienced medical professionals dedicated to excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support both clinical and front office operations. This role requires strong patient interaction, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction & Support Educate clients on services and treatments Provide excellent customer service and patient care Answer inquiries and assist with patient needs Clinical Coordination Assist providers with patient flow and daily operations Communicate effectively with clinical staff Front Office Duties Schedule appointments and manage patient communications Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks Confirm appointments and follow up with patients Facility Upkeep Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and common areas Ensure a sanitary and professional environment Marketing Support Assist with social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Engage with online audience and support promotions Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred (or relevant experience) Experience in medical spa, dermatology, or healthcare preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with clients in an aesthetic setting Basic knowledge of social media platforms Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities Employee discounts on services and products
