Neurology Duration:
13 weeks contract (possibility of extension)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 8:00 am•5:00 pm
Pay:
$23/hour
Requirements:
2 years of experience as Medical Assistant in a medical office Medical Assistant diploma/certificate Experience with EMR (electronic medical records) & medical terminology
American Heart Association BLS Summary of Essential Duties:
Greeting patients in a friendly, professional manner Scanning documents into PowerChart Answering, scheduling, screening, and directing phone calls to appropriate parties Reviewing patient registration forms for accuracy and completeness Verifying insurances and requesting co-payments Assisting with back-office tasks as needed to support smooth clinical operations #NHR1
