This position will focus primarily on performing FibroScan liver elastography testing , with secondary responsibilities supporting our medical assistants and clinical team. Applicants will receive full training and certification for FibroScan during onboarding. Primary Responsibilities - FibroScan Technician Perform FibroScan liver elastography testing as the primary function of this role. Ensure accurate test preparation, patient instruction, and proper documentation. Maintain equipment and follow all safety and quality protocols. Training and certification will be provided to all new hires. Secondary Responsibilities - Medical Assistant Assist providers with patient examinations and in‑office procedures. Prepare, clean, and restock examination rooms. Record patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information accurately. Support scheduling, patient flow, and daily clinic operations. Maintain medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Submit prior authorizations for medications as needed. Qualifications Strong knowledge of medical terminology required. Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Gastroenterology experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and patient‑interaction skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Medical Assistant certification or equivalent training preferred. Ability to travel between multiple office locations . Why Join Us?
