The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and motivated to provide excellent patient care while supporting both front and back office operations. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Duties Assist healthcare providers with gynecologic exams and in-office procedures , ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and privacy. Perform patient intake , including taking vital signs and updating medical histories in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Prepare and clean exam rooms , sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory of medical supplies. Coordinate surgery scheduling , including communicating with hospitals or surgery centers and providing patients with pre- and post-procedure instructions. Manage front office tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, and checking patients in and out. Support back office responsibilities , including preparing patients for exams, assisting with procedures, and documenting care accurately. Provide patient education and ensure all instructions are clearly communicated and understood. Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations. Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) as needed and maintain current certification. Qualifications No prior medical experience required - training will be provided. Strong interest in women's health and patient care. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in both front and back office settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
