We are passionate about helping our patients achieve their skin health goals through compassionate and comprehensive dermatological care. As we launch our practice, we are looking for a highly motivated and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant who is intelligent, reliable, and passionate about helping others. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in a gap year before pursuing further education in medical school, PA school, or nursing school. You will play a crucial role in our practice, assisting with clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dermatologist with patient care, including preparing patients for examinations, taking medical histories, and recording vital signs Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone inquiries Prepare exam rooms and equipment for patient procedures Educate patients on skincare routines, treatments, and post-care instructions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support the practice in various other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong interest in dermatology and passion for patient care High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated and detail-oriented Previous experience as a medical assistant or in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
