The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations while providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced aesthetic and surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities Office Flow & Patient Care:

Manage daily office flow to ensure efficient patient scheduling and minimal wait times Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints Prepare patients for consultations and procedures Serve as a chaperone for physicians during patient examinations and procedures

Inventory & Supply Management:

Maintain and manage injectable inventory including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Order and track medical supplies to ensure adequate stock levels Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of injectables and supplies Process orders and manage vendor relationships

Clinical Support:

Set up treatment rooms for minor procedures and consultations Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments Pack and prepare surgical towels and linens Assist physicians during minor in-office procedures as needed Maintain clean and organized treatment areas

Administrative Duties:

Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records Process and complete FMLA and short-term disability paperwork Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications Required:

Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred CPR/BLS certification Previous medical assistant experience; plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine experience a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Detail-oriented with strong inventory management skills

Preferred:
