Our family practice offers a full range of medical services from acute care to long term management of chronic conditions. Our medical spa has all of the luxuries from fillers and neurotoxins to inmode treatments. We value building strong, personal relationships with our patients to ensure each patient receives attentive, high quality care in a compassionate environment. We're currently seeking a Medical Assistant to become part of our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and committed to supporting both providers and patients with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers during patient exams and minor office procedures Record patient vitals, history, and symptoms accurately in the EMR system Administer medications, vaccines, and injections as ordered Perform blood draws, collect lab specimens, and run basic tests Conduct EKGs and support diagnostic assessments Maintain clean, sanitized, and properly stocked exam rooms and instruments Process prescription refills and assist with prior authorizations Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other patient support as needed Educate patients on treatment plans, medication use, and preventive care Manage scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments Uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards and adhere to infection control guidelines Offer translation assistance for patients, when applicable Support the front desk team with check-ins, calls, and general office tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred At least 1 year of experience in a family practice or primary care setting (preferred) Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with common procedures in family medicine Comfortable navigating EMR systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, etc.) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Attention to accuracy and patient confidentiality What We Offer Health Insurance Vision Insurance Employee discounts 401(k) with employer contribution Opportunities for career growth and continuing education If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and grow with us at Quality Medical Clinic.
