Job Description

Alliance Medical Practice is looking to add a Radiologic Technologist/Case Manager to our team. We have expertise in treating the entire family, from Pediatrics to Geriatrics. Providing Acute Illness, Injury, Primary Care Continuing Health services, Pediatrics, and Cardiology services, and are committed to attracting exceptional people who possess a rare combination of talent, drive, and intellectual curiosity. Job Duties Responsible for obtaining x-rays as ordered by the clinic's providers by following established radiologic requirements and regulations to ensure patient care and safety. Responsible for delivery of care by participating in the completion of document handling, phone triage, identifying progress toward desired care outcomes; intervening to overcome deviations in the plan of care; interact with involved departments to negotiate and expedite scheduling and completion of tests, procedures, and consults; maintain close communication with the providers and discuss care plans. Will assume responsibility of departmental quality assurance programs through equipment care and maintenance. In collaboration with conducting radiologic imaging; will participate with supportive ancillary administrative duties directly related to patient care as part of the collaborative team.
Certifications:
ARRT Certification or LSRT Certification Required The ideal X-Ray Technologist job candidate: Supports our mission and values. Be a person of good moral and ethical character. Will have prior medical experience. Can treat patients of all ages with a full range of medical needs. (This includes acute, wellness, and chronic care). Be consistently on time and present to the scheduled shifts. Provides high quality care to all patients requiring radiologic imaging exams and directed by the clinic's providers. Able to position patient and produce high quality images while maintaining sensitivity to each patients needs and condition. Follow standards of safe radiation practice in an efficient manner and communicate work flow items appropriately with the provider team. Able to manage provider's administrative workflow related to the management of patient care.

All Major Holiday's OFF Job Type:
Full-time (4 days/week) This is an out-patient position with a less demanding workload from a hospital position.
Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour (•Certification and experience will be evaluated•)
