Monday-Friday, Day Shift Pay:
$19-$24/hour DOE Join a Growing Practice We are a growing specialty medical practice looking for a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, positive, and eager to learn. Depending on experience, there may also be an opportunity to grow into a Lead Medical Assistant role. About the Role This position combines hands-on patient care with front office support to help keep clinic operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with providers and staff to create a welcoming and efficient experience for patients while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities Assist providers in the clinical setting Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs Triage patient calls and concerns Schedule appointments and manage patient communication Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations Patient registration and upfront collections Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in EMR systems Support front and back office operations as needed Skills & Experience Medical Assistant experience preferred Medical Assisting Certification required Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative duties What We're Looking For Reliable and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and adaptable throughout the day Someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and staff Why Join Us?
