In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service. Responsibilities Take and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, before/after pics, etc Prepare patients for examinations by documenting medical histories and current symptoms with attention to detail. Assist healthcare providers during vein procedures. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Assist with intake processes for outpatient appointments, ensuring all necessary information is collected efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required Ability to perform clinical tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
