We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work and strives for excellence Loves working with kids and babies Has strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy Treats all patients with kindness and understanding Communicates clearly, cheerfully and professionally Wants to expand their skills Thrives on working as part of a highly-dedicated, mission-driven team What You'll be Doing - Clinical & Patient Services support for patients & providers Obtain and document vital signs and patient symptoms Give vaccinations and collect blood and urine samples Perform routine diagnostic lab tests Assist physicians with exams and procedures Patient service - answering phones, scheduling, insurance verification, communication via phone & text Protocol-based telephone screening Develop friendly, supportive relationships with families as part of their care team Required Experience & Training High School Diploma or equivalent Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nursing program Pediatric experience preferred Experience with Epic EMR preferred Schedule & Pay $21 to $25 per hour (Medical Assistant) Tues & Wed 7:45am to 5:30pm + Fri afternoon + Sat rotation and PRN shifts 20 to 25 hrs/wk; potential to grow into full time role 3 Weeks PTO per year Learn more about us at: www.prairiepeds.com
