Job Description

Front Desk Concierge / Medical Assistant (Cross-Trained Role)
Location:
Englewood/Parker About the Role We're looking for someone who can do both—create an incredible first impression and support our clinical team behind the scenes. As a Front Desk Concierge / Medical Assistant, you'll be at the center of the patient experience, helping guide patients through their visit while also assisting providers with hands-on clinical support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a specialty practice. What You'll Do Front Desk & Patient Experience
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism—this matters here
  • Manage check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation
  • Keep patient flow moving and communicate updates clearly
  • Answer calls, texts, and portal messages with urgency and care Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm appointments across providers and services
  • Help patients understand next steps and what to expect
  • Route questions to the right team members quickly Clinical Support (MA Responsibilities)
  • Room patients, take vitals, and document medical history
  • Assist providers during exams and basic procedures
  • Prep and stock exam rooms
  • Support labs, specimen handling, and basic testing
  • Help keep clinic flow efficient and organized Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records in the EMR
  • Upload and organize patient documents
  • Assist with referrals, records requests, and insurance basics What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office or patient-facing role
  • Medical Assistant certification or interest in cross-training into clinical work
  • Strong communication skills—you're calm, clear, and kind
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
  • Team player who jumps in where needed Bonus if you have:
  • Fertility, OB/GYN, or specialty clinic experience
  • Front desk and clinical experience
  • Insurance or billing familiarity
  • Bilingual skills Why This Role

Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
