Our practice focuses on evidence-based hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, metabolic health, IV therapy, and preventative wellness. We are seeking a highly motivated EMT or Medical Assistant who is passionate about healthcare, patient experience, and health optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, modern medical clinic focused on changing lives through personalized care. We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, values attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Responsibilities Perform blood draws and specimen handling with precision and professionalism Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Prepare and administer injections and medications as directed by providers IV therapy services and patient monitoring Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely charting within EMR systems Conduct patient follow-up communication and ongoing care coordination Assist with medication and supply organization, inventory, and shipping logistics Deliver exceptional patient care and concierge-level customer service Help maintain efficient clinic workflows and operational systems QualificationsRequired Current Colorado EMT or Medical Assistant certification Strong phlebotomy skills and experience with blood draws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Passion for patient care and preventative health Preferred IV Therapy Certification Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, or wellness medicine Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, functional medicine, or concierge medicine Familiarity with EMR/charting systems What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Energetic and professional Passionate about healthcare and wellness Comfortable educating and interacting with patients Diligent with charting, systems, and follow-through A strong team player with a positive attitude Interested in longevity, hormone optimization, peptides, and preventative medicine Benefits Employee discount Paid time off Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding clinic Work alongside a passionate and innovative healthcare team Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift 7-8 hour shifts License/Certification Requirements Driver's License (Required) EMT Certification or MA Certification (Required) IV Therapy Certification (Preferred) Phlebotomy experience required How to Apply If you are passionate about patient care and excited to work in an innovative hormone optimization and wellness clinic, we would love to hear from you.
