Full-time | 8 am - 5 pm, M - F | On-site in Highlands Ranch, CO Your day begins with room readiness and a quick scan of the schedule; you room patients, capture precise vitals, and set providers up for efficient, informed visits. Throughout the day, you manage patient phone calls, triage needs, refill medications, and push prior authorizations forward to prevent delays. You stay attentive to patient portal messages, responding clearly and promptly, while you proactively stock rooms and order supplies so the clinic is always one step ahead. Your diligence powers an elevated, efficient, and patient-centered experience.
