Do you want to work with a close-knit and fun team? If so, we are looking for you! KerixHealth is a fast paced, family medicine practice. We are looking for a Medical Assistant to provide exceptional care to our patients, rotating between our Longmont and Dacono office locations. Position would be full-time, four days a week with no weekends (five days a week during training). Hour after training will be 7:30am - 5:30pm. This position is responsible for facilitating patient care services while aligning with the Company's values and strategic goals, and creating a relationship with patients working towards their optimal overall health and well-being. The MA will prepare patients for examination and/or treatments, collects patient history, takes vital signs, performs routine laboratory functions (including blood draws), administers injections, provides wound care, assists in the dispensing of in-house pharmacy medications, and accurately enters data into our EMR system, coordinates daily administrative activities , including scheduling, patient medical record maintenance, assists the providers and communication of medical care plans. The MA enhances our practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications and Skills The MA must be a strong and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate must be self-directed, detail-oriented and should demonstrate a solid work history, dependability and exceptional verbal and written communications skills. We are looking for someone who is positive, compassionate and empathetic. Our future team member must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to easily adapt to changing procedures, support and active work environment and have a team-oriented attitude. Salary based on experience.
