Your expertise will help ensure smooth clinical operations, enhance patient experiences, and support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care in the outpatient clinical setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment committed to excellence and innovation. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and weight to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently by updating patient information and ensuring data accuracy. Provide medical administrative support including appointment scheduling, insurance documentation, and coordinating referrals for imaging and lab work. Experience Prior experience working in a medical office is preferred but we are willing to train the right person Fast learner Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in medical terminology is a plus Ability to multitask Team player Excellent organizational skills
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
