Full Job Description Job Title:

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM•5:00
PM Duration:
13 Weeks (Leave Coverage Assignment) Key Responsibilities Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries and follow-up needs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Patient Service Coordinator in an ambulatory or healthcare setting Experience with patient rooming and obtaining vital signs Front desk experience including scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Team-oriented with a flexible and professional attitude Must live within 45 minutes of Bridgeport, CT (Local candidates only) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient or ambulatory care clinics Strong patient communication and phone-handling experience Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Ability to balance both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k•retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, , legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
