Medical Assistant - Boutique Wellness & Aesthetics Practice (Confidential)

Per Diem & Part-time positions available About the Practice We are a private medical wellness and aesthetics practice providing IV therapy, injectables, advanced skincare, and regenerative treatments that promote natural beauty and total well-being. Our team combines medical precision with a calm, wellness-focused environment. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics and integrative health. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient interaction, hands-on clinical work, and teamwork in a boutique clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support Assist medical providers with procedures, IV infusions, and aesthetic treatments Record medical history, vital signs, and treatment notes accurately Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and supplies Administer injections or medications as directed by the provider Collect specimens for basic laboratory tests when needed Client Experience & Education Deliver professional, welcoming service to every client Educate clients about post-treatment care, skincare, and wellness recommendations Support consultations by providing product and treatment information Promote loyalty, membership, and after-care programs when appropriate Operations & Team Collaboration Maintain organized, accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and front desk support when needed Participate in team training, staff meetings, and continuing education Adhere to all HIPAA, safety, and infection-control standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program (required) Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Preferred Experience Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics practice Familiarity with EMR systems and chart documentation Interest or background in IV therapy, skincare, or wellness services LPNs with aesthetics experience are welcome to apply Why Join Us Serene, modern workplace focused on wellness and patient care Competitive compensation with opportunities for incentives and growth Employee wellness and treatment discounts Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, collaborative team culture Confidential Search Practice name and location will be shared only with qualified candidates during the interview process.
