Medical Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide both clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Record patient medical history, vital signs, and documentation accurately
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communication
• Handle phone calls, prescription refill request, and referrals
• Maintain and update electronic medical records
• Perform assistance with basic procedures such as injections, EKGs, and specimen collection
• Follow HIPPA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations as needed

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
