Job Description

Busy primary care medical office seeking to hire one full time Medical Assistant with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Job Summary
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment while also performing administrative and clerical duties with a high degree of proficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Escort patients to exam room, prepare patient for examination and document presenting problems.
  • Record appropriate information in patient's chart
  • Take vital signs and record in patient's chart
  • Assist the physician with patient appointments
  • Answers telephone calls and schedules appointments,
  • Refers patients to Specialists.
  • Diagnostic Images Authorization.
  • Update medical records /EMR.
  • Prescription refill requests.
  • Maintain clean and organized clinical area Please do not call the office directly.
All resumes must be emailed. 1-2 years experienced preferred. Hours Monday 8:30am-4pm Tuesday 8:30-4pm Wednesday 8:30am-4pm Thursday 8:30-4pm Friday 8:30-1pm No weekends/
