Some college education with lab experience Science background preferred

Experience:

1-2 years of clinical research experience (preferred)

Strong communication skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn Team player with strong motivation to succeed Availability for 25-30 hours per week Ability to work early mornings or evenings as needed Key Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 2-4 hours at a time during clinical study execution General Job Description Assist Clinical Coordinators in preparing and executing clinical studies to support product claims for Beauty Care, Laundry, and Adhesive businesses. Major Duties and Responsibilities Prepare documentation for clinical studies Assist with study material preparation Interview study participants and administer informed consent Collect data from clinical instrument readings Perform data entry and quality checks of clinical binders Prepare lab before and after studies Ensure study participants understand procedures and instructions Communicate study guidelines clearly and effectively Other Duties and Responsibilities Perform general lab duties, including: Preparing lab coats and maintaining clean laundry Operating clinical instruments as needed Applying products during studies Using scientific scales for product measurement (pre- and post-study) Collecting hot room pads Washing subjects' arms and legs for study protocols Work Schedule 25-30 hours per week Schedule set monthly Occasional early morning or evening shifts required Applicant Notices & Disclaimers For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
