Our practice serves patients from all over Connecticut, and we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast paced women's health environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a professional demeanor when interacting with patients and staff. Daily Responsibilities Perform patient intake and update medical histories Record vital signs accurately Prepare exam and procedure rooms Assist providers during exams and procedures Collect and label specimens/lab samples Enter lab orders and results into the system Maintain accurate patient documentation Assist with scheduling and patient follow-up Keep clinical areas clean and organized Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Support efficient patient flow throughout the day Skills & Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred Experience with Epic EHR/EMR systems is a major plus Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, reliable, and team oriented Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally Preferred Qualifications OB/GYN or women's health experience preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
