On-Site Only | Seattle, WA We have partnered with a premier, billion-dollar healthcare organization to find a highly versatile and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join their growing clinic team in the state of WA. This role is an on-site, 90-day temporary assignment. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a premier, billion-dollar healthcare organization. This multi-faceted role blends clinical and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Seamlessly execute day-to-day clinical tasks, including performing accurate blood draws (phlebotomy), taking patient vital signs, and administering rapid diagnostic testing. Handle essential administrative tasks such as greeting patients, conducting smooth intake, managing schedules, confirming insurance details, and coordinating specialized referrals. Manage back-office clinical workflows, clean and stock examination rooms, and maintain exceptional quality control standards to support seamless clinic operations. Rotate fluidly between different front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities to maintain a well-rounded skill set and elevate overall patient care delivery. Interact professionally and empathetically with patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds to build immediate clinical trust and satisfaction Requirements Current, active Washington State Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) credential is brand new and strictly required Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of one (1) or more years of dedicated phlebotomy / blood draw experience is required 1+ years of working experience in an outpatient medical center or clinic setting A negative Tuberculosis (TB) test is required during the onboarding phase A highly adaptable, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($24
