We are a privately owned practice expanding across multiple locations, including East Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and Ocoee, Florida. We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated professional who values teamwork, growth, and long-term career development. This role focuses on supporting our Injection Room, with opportunities for cross-training in back-office medical assisting. Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Administer injections and monitor proper dosage
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Perform skin testing and pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
  • Accurately document patient information in EMR/EHR systems
  • Submit prescriptions using eRx systems (including CoverMyMeds)
  • Educate patients on medications, inhalers, and nasal sprays
  • Assist providers and support team workflow across multiple locations as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks (scanning, uploading, data entry, etc.) Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (required)
  • 3-5 years of medical assisting experience (required)
  • Experience in ENT, Dermatology, Allergy, or Immunology (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and e-prescribing
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to travel between office locations Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
