We are hiring Medical Assistant -Full time Opportunity! Job Description The back office float medical assistant will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician for both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment. This role supports clinicians and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating patient populations. The medical assistant is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. Responsibilities Perform quality team-based patient care under clinician supervision. Support clinicians and care management teams in chronic disease management and patient treatment. Conduct laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. Take vitals, preferably manual vitals. Communicate and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public. Assess emergencies and act accordingly. Float between various locations as patient queue demands. Required Skills Minimum 6 month experience in a clinic or back office healthcare setting. Medical Assistant diploma or equivalent certification prefered. Phlebotomy experience.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
