Our focus is on treating the whole person — not just symptoms — in a supportive, relationship-centered environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has strong phlebotomy experience. Responsibilities What you'll do: Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with confidence Process specialty laboratory and functional medicine test kits Triage patients and assist providers during visits and treatments Take and document patient vitals Assist patients with various in-office therapies and procedures Support functional medicine protocols and nutritional guidance Answer phones and assist with patient communication Help maintain smooth daily office operations in a team-focused environment Qualifications MUST Have 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience with phlebotomy Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Interest in or knowledge of functional medicine and nutritional healing Previous experience in wellness, integrative, or functional medicine settings is a plus Why You'll Love It Here Work with a supportive, family-like team Grow your knowledge and skills in functional medicine Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' health journeys Positive and collaborative work environment Compensation & Benefits Pay $20/hour , with higher compensation based on experience and clinical expertise Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity to work closely with providers in a personalized care setting Meaningful work helping patients improve their health and quality of life About Us At Noble Center for Health & Healing, we are committed to helping patients achieve long-term wellness through individualized care and evidence-informed integrative medicine.
