We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, high-quality patient experiences in a professional yet welcoming environment. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding practice. Responsibilities Clinical Duties Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection Process and prepare laboratory specimens Assist providers during patient visits and procedures Assist with IV therapy setup and monitoring Assist with hormone pellet insertion procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Administrative Duties Greet and check in patients Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and patient inquiries Coordinate with laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers Verify patient information and maintain records Process payments and assist with patient check-out Support front desk operations and patient flow Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, concierge practice, urgent care, or similar healthcare setting preferred Comfortable performing blood draws and specimen collection Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with computers, EMR systems, and basic office software Willingness to learn hormone optimization, weight loss therapies, IV therapy, and wellness services Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Loves working with patients and building relationships Is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn Has strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is interested in health, wellness, fitness, and preventative medicine Is comfortable discussing services and educating patients on treatment options Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Commission opportunities on services and programs Growth opportunities within the company Ongoing training and education Positive and supportive team environment Why Join Lotus Medical?
