Are you a smart, experienced Medical Assistant who is detail oriented and catches on quickly? Has most of your experience been in family medicine? Do you wish to expand your knowledge in the trending Weight Loss, Peptides and Anti-Aging space? You know you are brilliant, high-energy and walk into a room like a ray of sunshine , but maybe no one has given you the chance you deserve. We can teach you peptide protocols, but we cannot give you that special energy that is most required, that "je ne sais quoi" as the French would say. You either have it, or you don't. If you are looking for intense immersion into functional health, optimization medicine, and patient-centered care, get ready to drink water from a fire hose. We have a team of 12 Medical Assistants and we are looking to add 2 more. What We Do We are the #1 PCP practice in Boca Raton and it's only a third of our billing because our clinic delivers cutting-edge care in functional and regenerative medicine with an emphasis on personalized hormone therapy, wellness optimization, weight loss programs, IV therapy, chronic disease management, peptide protocols, and longevity-based diagnostics. We have an onsite pharmacy that custom mixes (not true compounding) and a supplement store. Practice is absolutely BOOMING. Duties Deliver a happy smile and welcome patients to their room with a personality so warm it could melt ice. Boot up AI transcription, eHR patient charts, measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and physiology or anatomy-related notes for billing and medical records. Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Support physicians during procedures by handing instruments, managing supplies, and assisting with diagnostic imaging as needed. Administer medications or injections under physician supervision while adhering to safety protocols and medication administration guidelines. Perform venipuncture, EKG, IV (willing to train) Perform rapid testing and other diagnostic services (laboratory) Requirements Must have at least one (1) year of experience as a Medical Assistant but not more than six (6) years of experience. The majority of your experience needs to have been at a family medicine practice. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding, and medication administration practices of a family medicine practice. You must be exceptional at phlebotomy and/or a certified phlebotomy technician Hands-on experience with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately . Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strongly Preferred Experience with HRT, TRT, peptides and / or medical weight loss using GLPs, OR… Experience at a high volume practice or an urgent care facility, OR… Experience at a medical facility that sold cash pay services like Botox or concierge medicine, OR… Experience as a waitress or waiter or bartender or in sales Pay:
