We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support both the front office and clinical functions of our healthcare practice. This dual-role position is essential to ensuring smooth patient flow, excellent customer service, and quality clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office /

Receptionist Duties:

Greet patients warmly and check them in and out Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify insurance and collect copayments Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Handle medical correspondence, faxes, and mail Ensure the waiting area is clean and welcoming Clinical /

Medical Assistant Duties:

Take and record vital signs for Spravato patients Observe Spravato patients as they administer their medication Assist with TMS procedures as needed Sterilize and maintain treatment rooms Assist with electronic health record (EHR) documentation Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred Certification (CMA, RMA) is a plus Experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred Proficiency with EHR and scheduling software Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality
