Position Overview We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Aesthetic Medical Assistant to support our aesthetic provider and elevate the overall patient experience. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and personalized care. This individual will work closely with our lead injector, assisting in a wide range of treatments including injectables, lasers, medical weight loss, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient flow, clinical readiness, and an exceptional in-room experience while supporting both treatment execution and practice growth.

What You Will Do:

Assist the Aesthetic Provider during consultations and treatments to ensure a smooth, elevated patient experience Prepare treatment rooms, devices, and supplies to maintain clinical excellence and efficiency Perform patient intake, prep, and post-treatment care instructions Capture high-quality before and after photography and assist with social media content Maintain inventory and ensure all rooms are fully stocked and organized Ensure accurate charting, consents, and EMR documentation Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards Collaborate closely with the provider and team to optimize daily flow and patient satisfaction

What You Will Bring:

Experience & Skills 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant in an aesthetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments Experience assisting with injectables, lasers, and advanced aesthetic treatments is required Comfortable working with EMR systems and clinical technology Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset Experience or familiarity with the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, Galderma portfolio, InMode devices, and laser skin resurfacing is most desired
