Job Description
Position Highlights Competitive compensation: $20-$25/hour DOE Benefits included Monday-Friday schedule 40-hour work week Outpatient Plastic Surgery practice Growth-oriented culture with advancement potential Collaborative and supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for examinations and procedures Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR Assist with prescription refills, referrals, and administrative tasks as needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols Support overall clinic operations and patient flow Qualifications Medical Assistant experience required Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Cosmetic, or Surgical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and patient-centered demeanor Experience with EMR systems preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following settings are encouraged to apply:
