Schedule:

Approximately 24 hours per week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Schedule may vary depending on client volume. Job Overview CG Aesthetics is seeking a motivated and professional Medical Assistant to join our growing aesthetic practice. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, patient care, and creating a welcoming client experience. No prior aesthetic experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. Compensation & Employment Details Starting pay: $18 per hour 3-month probationary period Responsibilities & Duties Schedule and confirm appointments Prepare patients for aesthetic procedures Clean and sanitize treatment rooms after each client Answer phone calls and respond to text messages professionally Monitor and organize product and supply inventory Perform blood draws/phlebotomy Assist with documenting and completing patient notes Assist with social media and content recording Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment Skills & Qualifications Must speak both English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly demeanor Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using phones, scheduling systems, and texting clients Willingness to learn aesthetic procedures and treatments Team player with a positive attitude Phlebotomy experience is a plus, but not required Experience No experience required Previous medical office, spa, customer service, or aesthetic experience is a plus, but not mandatory Training will be provided Dress Code Black uniform required Uniform will be provided Perks Opportunity to grow within the aesthetic industry Employee treatment/product discounts Supportive and positive work environment Ongoing learning opportunities
