Responsibilities:
  • The Lab Medical Assistant IV is responsible for: + Assists the technical staff within the technical departments + Handles any and all manual pretesting procedures including waived testing as required + Works in a team environment + Demonstrate organizational, time management, analytical, delegation, written, and verbal skills + Use computer skills appropriate to position + Must have customer service and interpersonal skills + Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position + Identifies problems and implements and/or recommends solutions + Performs other duties as assigned •
Certification & Licensure:
  • + Required
  • Driver's License (if applicable) + Required
  • ASCP / SCYM
    (if applicable) + Required
  • AMT Medical Technologists (if applicable) + Required
  • ASPT Phlebotomy Technicians (if applicable)
  • Education:
  • + Required
  • High School or Equivalent + Preferred
  • Technical Science + Preferred
  • Associate's
  • Experience:
  • + Required
  • 1 year in related field + Preferred
  • 2 years in related field
