!~ Patient and employee safety is one of the top priorities at Urbaniak Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa! We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service to join our team as a Medical Assistant. We are committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients.
Duties to include:
Assisting physician and other providers in providing quality care to patients Maintain patients' medical records Review medical history Obtain appropriate consents Perform patient call backs Checking patients In and Out Rooming patients and prepare them for the provider Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed Keep rooms cleaned and organized Scan patient charts Qualifications include: Customer service experience required Must be computer literate Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs At least one year of Dermatology/Plastic Surgery or Medical Spa experience preferred but not required MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred Compensation/ Benefits (•Eligible for Full Time Employees): Benefits packages 401K Med spa services perks/discounts!!
