This is a three day per week role, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, working in a one provider practice with a family environment and strong relationships with patients and staff. This role is a great fit for an experienced MA who enjoys hands-on clinical work, rooming patients, collecting and entering HPI, keeping clinic flow moving, preparing exam rooms, assisting with dressings, staple removal, casting support, imaging portals, and other orthopedic clinic duties. Starting pay is $18 to $20 per hour, with room to increase for the right person. One year of MA experience is required. Orthopedic experience and eClinicalWorks experience are a plus.

Our practice cares for patients with a wide range of orthopedic needs, including knee, hip, shoulder, spine, elbow, hand, arthritis, injury, and surgery recovery concerns. This is a one provider practice with a family environment. You will receive on the job training from the current Medical Assistant so you can learn the practice flow, provider preferences, and orthopedic routines. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Room patients and prepare them for the provider. Collect and enter HPI accurately in the EHR. Prepare imaging portals for upcoming patients. Help control clinic flow so patients are moved through the visit smoothly. Turn over exam rooms and keep rooms stocked and ready. Prepare injection materials as directed by the provider and office protocol. Remove staples, change dressings, and assist with casting as appropriate. Support a clean, organized, patient friendly clinic experience. SCHEDULE
Monday through Wednesday. 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is open now. This is intended as one consistent role, not two separate part time positions. PAY AND BENEFITS

On the job training will be provided with the current Medical Assistant. You will be trained on the practice flow, exam room setup, provider preferences, and how we keep the clinic moving efficiently. Certification is preferred but not required, provided you have the required MA experience and can perform the duties of the role. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least one year of Medical Assistant experience is required. Orthopedic experience is a plus. Certified Medical Assistant preferred, but not required. Knowledge of EHR systems is needed, and eClinicalWorks experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, compassion, patience, and the ability to stay calm and organized during a busy clinic day. A team oriented person who cares about patients, follows through, and takes pride in keeping the clinic running efficiently. HOW TO APPLY
