Medical Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. This position requires an understanding of medical terminology, some coding, and administrative support within a clinical setting. The Medical Assistant will work closely with both patient and physician. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Administer medications as directed by physicians Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. Educate patients on medication administration and follow-up care instructions. Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff. Support the clinic by managing inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Skills Proficiency in medical terminology and coding practices. Experience working in an inpatient or clinic environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with internal medicine and geriatrics is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining patient confidentiality.
