The ideal candidate has hands-on primary care experience and is proficient in eClinicalWorks (eCW) . This role is vital to delivering efficient, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Room patients; obtain vitals, medical histories, and medication lists Document accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures Administer injections, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection (as applicable) Prepare and clean exam rooms per infection control standards Manage medication refills, prior authorizations, and follow-ups Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals Educate patients and communicate care instructions clearly Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Required Qualifications Medical Assistant experience in P rimary Care or Family Medicine Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) -A Plus Strong documentation and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Excellent communication skills Preferred Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) Graduation from an accredited MA program Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk throughout the clinic Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Benefits (if applicable) Competitive pay Paid time off & holidays Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Medical Benefits 401
