Medical Assistant We are a well-established wellness/primary care practice, expanding our reach and services in the aesthetics realm. Leila C. Morris, MD has been practicing Family Medicine in Coral Springs since June 2002. Her focus is on promoting wellness/preventing disease via a lifestyle modification approach that includes diet, exercise, and nutritional supplementation. We have added non invasive face and body services to extend this holistic approach to full body wellness. This is a full time position. We are seeking an experienced business professional, medical assistant, and aesthetics specialist to coordinate the daily functions of our office. An ideal candidate has experience with patient/client scheduling, has excellent customer service skills, is extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks and projects, excels in communicating with patients/clients/staff, is organized, and is proficient in both client file preparation and in the management of multiple schedules. The ultimate responsibility is to increase our office efficiency and expand our reach and patient population. This position includes knowledge, sales, and performance of non invasive aesthetic services. Qualifications /

Strong interpersonal skills Patient scheduling Phlebotomy Manage processes and procedures Develop standards & ensure implementation of company standards and policies Promote process improvement Inventory control and management Social Media posting Medical Aesthetic knowledge or interest Ability to work with patients individually to assess their needs and treatment options Consultative sales abilities
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma + Two to three years' experience in a medical office setting Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Proficient with office software Proficient with scheduling and maintaining patient and staff schedules
Bilingual:
English and Spanish speaking
