Job Description

Ability to travel bewteen clinics: Clermont, FL (2-3 days), Davenport (1-2 days), Orlando (1 day) is a must. 5 total working days. M-F 8-5pm Arriving 7:45am On time attendance is crucial.
Skills needed:
vital sign monitoring, specimen collection, and procedure assistance (e.g., injections), and strong soft skills, including empathy, patience, and attention to detail when working with patients in chronic pain. Key administrative skills include Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, scheduling, and clear communication.
Key Clinical Skills Patient Intake & Vitals:
Measuring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels) accurately, as these are critical for assessing pain levels and reactions to treatments.
Procedure Assistance:
Assisting physicians with interventional pain procedures, such as joint injections, trigger point injections, or epidurals.
Specimen Collection:
Collecting urine samples for toxicology screenings.
Medication Management:
Administering medications and injections as permitted by state regulations.
Room Sanitization:
Preparing, cleaning, and restocking exam rooms with necessary equipment.
EHR Management:
Using electronic health records (e.g., Epic, Allscripts) to document patient history and treatment plans.
Telephone Skills:
Answering patient queries and managing pharmacy refills.
Empathy & Compassion:
Providing patient-focused care for individuals in chronic pain or high-stress situations. Attention to
Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in documentation, medication dosages, and patient prep.
Critical Thinking/Problem-Solving:
Working under pressure and assisting in team-based care.
Communication:
Clearly relaying information between patients and physicians.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
