Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Physician, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional medical services across diverse clinical settings, utilizing advanced skills and a broad scope of practice. The successful candidate will be committed to improving patient outcomes through thorough assessments, evidence-based treatments, and compassionate care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations and vital signs assessments. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient needs. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) for accurate documentation and medical records management. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care standards. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding for accurate billing and documentation. Experience working with diverse populations. Competence in performing procedures such as venipuncture, trigger point injections and sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of PRP procedures a plus.
