Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance and update patient records Assist with patient intake and documentation Support providers with basic clinical duties when needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle administrative and clerical tasks Experience Valid Medical Assistant license/certification Previous experience in a medical office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to multitask and work efficiently
